Frequently Asked Questions

The HOA allows outdoor decorations, but they must be tasteful and appropriate for all ages. No offensive or vulgar decorations are allowed.  Holiday decorations can be put up 30 days prior to the day and taken down no later than 30 days after.

To submit an ARC request, please fill out the form on our website and include all relevant details and plans. The ARC will review your request and respond within 30 days.

The HOA allows pets, but there are restrictions on the number, size, and breed of pets. Please refer to our official policy document for more information.

You may not use your own containers.  The association purchased and labeled one trash container and one recycling container for each unit.  Each has an attached lid which is required.  All containers must be stored in the garage.  They may be put out after 6pm the day before pickup day.  Containers must be put away within 24 hours of trash pickup.

Note:  Please use precautions while taking the containers out and pick up any items that may fall out.  If wind knocks over containers and you do not clen up trash/recycling, maintenance will clean up and you will be billed for the labor.

Each unit is limited to 2 (two) vehicles.  They must be in use, operable, and have current license plates.  It is forbidden to use parking lots as a storage area for vehicles.  Once a complaint is lodged, the vehicles will be tagged with an explanation of infraction and given 2 business days to correct.  If vehicle owner fails to correct the situation after the date given, the vehicle will be towed.
